Kataballo

Kataballo is a Continent in the northwest region of the Material Plane. Kataballo was once the site of the Kataballo Empire, for which the continent was named. After the empire was destroyed in the First Great Dragon War, the region was largely abandoned to monsters such as Orcs, Goblins, and Dragons.

Most regions of Kataballo have a cold climate, with many mountains and evergreen forests. The harsh conditions make for an ideal habitat for Brifgar.

Kataballo is connected to Antemar by a narrow stretch of land at the south.

Locations of interest still present in Kataballo include:

• Strong Strong, the capital city of Gorgaloshi Orcs
• Strong Strong, the confusingly named capital city of Sholagrogi Orcs
• Sanguine, the human settlement founded by the Order of the Dragon's Blood at the beginning of the Age of Morakh
• Several ruins left by the Kataballo Empire
• The Kingdom of Graymoss, one of very few human kingdoms that was never integrated into the Jodek Empire
